A 60-minute restorative class with curated soundscapes to recalibrate body and mind.

This is your permission to slow down.

Resonant Rest offers gentle, supported postures paired with cinematic ambient sound—frequencies designed to soften the body and quiet the mind. Think of it as a deep meditation in motionless form, where each shape becomes a doorway into stillness.

Embodied Release

Embodied Release is a 60-minute intuitive movement practice guided by rhythm, repetition, and release. Blending somatics, improvisation, and sound, it invites you to move from instinct, not choreography, and drop into what your body already knows.

Expect expressive shapes, curious transitions, and moments of stillness.

There’s no right or wrong. Just space to move through stickiness, soften tension, and reconnect with your internal rhythm.
